Monday to Friday excluding holidays via Canada Post regular package service.
If you request
different mode of shipping other than Canada Post (for example: UPS overnight service) you will have to cover extra charges
respectively to what the shipping company will be charging us for the service of your choice and, you must notify us asap of your shipping

order will be shipped within 1-2 business days by Canada Post after your payment from PayPal is received.
Delivery Time
of International Orders
Delivery time via Canada Post varies, but can range
from 10-16+ days depending on customs in the receiving country.

If you accidentally made a purchase at our online shopping carts for International Address and request for a refund before
the products shipped out, there will be a re-stocking fee of 5% to be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian Orders - orders shipping to Canadian addresses will ship from our Canadian store in British Columbia
and are subject to HST tax of 12%.

Orders - orders shipping to U.S addresses are subject to applicable state taxes and to be responsible by recipients.
